Abstract

  • Tóm tắt: Hệ thống quản lý học tập dựa trên nền tảng Facebook là một giải pháp khả thi nhằm khắc phục những hạn chế của một hệ thống quản lý học tập truyền thống. Nghiên cứu tiến hành triển khai thử nghiệm hệ thống này cho các lớp học với môn học Quản lý hệ thống thông tin trong du lịch đang được giảng dạy tại Khoa Du lịch – Đại học Huế, sau đó xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên và ý định tiếp tục sử dụng của sinh viên đối với hệ thống này. Kết quả phân tích mô hình cấu trúc cho thấy các yếu tố chất lượng kỹ thuật, tương tác với các bạn học khác và tương tác với giảng viên có ảnh hưởng tích cực đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên khi sử dụng hệ thống; bên cạnh đó sự hài lòng là yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định tiếp tục sử dụng của sinh viên đối với hệ thống này. Một số gợi ý nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả học tập cũng được đề xuất.
