HÌNH ẢNH TỔNG THỂ CỦA ĐIỂM ĐẾN VIỆT NAM ĐỐI VỚI KHÁCH DU LỊCH CHÂU ÂU

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện dựa trên cơ sở các dữ liệu thu thập được thông qua các điều tra khảo sát ý kiến của 150 khách châu Âu bằng bảng hỏi phi cấu trúc tại các điểm tham quan ở Đức, Pháp, Anh và Ba Lan. Mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu là đánh giá hình ảnh tổng thể của điểm đến Việt Nam đối với khách du lịch châu Âu. Kết quả của nghiên cứu cho thấy đối với du khách châu Âu, Việt Nam là một điểm đến đặc trưng đa dạng với cảnh thiên nhiên đẹp và thành phố đông đúc, cùng bề dày lịch sử và truyền thống văn hóa thú vị. Việt Nam cũng mang đến cho du khách những hình ảnh điểm đến đối lập nhau, từ làng quê thanh bình cho đến thành phố sôi động, trong đó Sài Gòn là nơi được biết đến nhiều nhất. Các kết quả của nghiên cứu sẽ là nguồn tài liệu tham khảo có giá trị cho các nhà hoạch định chính sách, các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về du lịch, các công ty du lịch và các bên liên quan khác.
