ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA VĂN HÓA DOANH NGHIỆP ĐẾN PHONG CÁCH LÃNH ĐẠO – TRƯỜNG HỢP NGHIÊN CỨU TẠI CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN SÀI GÒN FOOD

Abstract

Tóm tắt: Nghiên cứu này khảo sát ảnh hưởng của các dạng văn hóa doanh nghiệp (cạnh tranh, kinh doanh, quan liêu và đồng thuận) lên các loại phong cách lãnh đạo (dân chủ, độc đoán và tự do) tại Công ty Cổ phần Sài Gòn Food. Theo hướng tiếp cận định lượng, nghiên cứu thực hiện khảo sát ngẫu nhiên 340 nhân viên và các nhà quản lý cấp thấp trong các bộ phận sản xuất trực tiếp và gián tiếp. Mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính được sử dụng để kiểm định các giả thuyết trong mô hình lý thuyết. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy văn hóa kinh doanh và văn hóa đồng thuận tác động cùng chiều và có ý nghĩa đến phong cách lãnh đạo dân chủ; văn hóa quan liêu tác động cùng chiều đến phong cách lãnh đạo độc đoán, trong khi văn hóa đồng thuận tác động ngược chiều đến phong cách lãnh đạo độc đoán; văn hóa cạnh tranh tác động ngược chiều đến phong cách lãnh đạo tự do. Một số hàm ý cho nhà quản trị đã được cung cấp từ kết quả nghiên cứu.
