Abstract

Từ Ba Vì, chủng nấm FBV60 đã được phân lập trên môi trường PDA với hoạt tính ban đầu là 43 U/L. Dựa vào hình thái và trình tự vùng ITS1-5,8S-ITS2, chủng FBV60 được xếp vào ngành nấm đảm Basidiomycetes, chi Pycnoporus, loài Pycnoporus coccineus và được đặt tên là Pycnoporus coccineus FBV60. Chủng P. coccineus FBV60 có khả năng sinh tổng hợp laccase cao với hoạt tính 20.476 U/L trên môi trường GYMP cải tiến pH 6 với các thành phần gồm 12 g/L rỉ đường, 14g/L NH4NO3 và 10g/L cao thịt. Sau 24 giờ, laccase thô từ P. coccineus FBV60 đã loại được một số màu tổng hợp có nồng độ 100 mg/L với hiệu suất lần lượt là 88,4% màu axit đỏ 266 (NY1); 66,9% màu axit đỏ 299 (NY7); 78,8% màu axit xanh 113 (IN13); 83,5% màu axit xanh 62 (NY3); 49,15% màu axit xanh 281 (NY5);  63,7% màu Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) khi có mặt của 500 µM chất gắn kết violuric acid (VIO). Đối với màu thương mại, hiệu suất loại màu đạt lần lượt là 69% màu megafix black CLS (CLS) và 69,9% màu xanh hoạt tính từ nước thải nhà máy Nhuộm Nam Định với nồng độ màu ban đầu là 100 mg/L khi có mặt của chất gắn kết VIO. Như vậy, chủng nấm đảm P. coccineus FBV60 có tiềm năng ứng dụng trong khử độc các hợp chất hữu cơ đa vòng thơm bằng phân hủy sinh học, đặc biệt là loại màu thuốc nhuộm ở các cơ sở dệt nhuộm qui mô công nghiệp.
