Abstract
In this study, nitrogen and sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide (rGO(N.S)) was prepared by hydrothermal method. The rGO(N.S) material was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. The rGO(N.S) material was modified onto glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to develop a novel electrochemical sensor for the analysis of sildenafil citrate (SDC). The electrochemical parameters of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) analysis such as accumulation potential, accumulation time, pulse amplitude and potential step were investigated and optimized, showing a relatively low detection limit of SDC.
