In this paper we propose CrimBig5 application framework to explore correlations between Big5 personality traits and facets and criminal attitudes and behaviors. First, the CrimBig5 concepts and system have been studied and developed to model the correlations by using the CrimBig5 dashboard. Based on the expert model, a set of questions can be generated by merging the model facets and keywords into questionnaire templates. Afterwards, a question-and-answer pathway, namely QandA has been established within the CrimBig5 system, serving diverse end user groups. This innovative system holds the promise of providing significant insights into the intricate links between individual per-sonality traits and the realm of criminal considerations.

The concept of place attachment has received considerable attention in many academic fields and when it comes to tourism, it has been used to examine the relationship between individual and place. The purpose of this study is using the integrated conceptual model to measure the place attachment of local residents who live in Thanh Noi area toward Hue tourism destination. The fingdings indicated a five – dimensional model of place attachment comprising of place identity, place affect, place dependence, family bonding and friends bonding. The results also revealed that local residents in Thanh Noi area developed a strong and close cognitive and affective attachment to both the physical and social characteristics of the place, especially family bonding. In addition to certain results, the study has some limitations in terms of sample size, limited time as well as using more advanced data analysis techniques, e.g. conducting a higher-order model to measure dimension of residence attachment to their hometown.

Nowadays, the continuous impact of the Covid-19 epidemic has had a substantial influence on school enrollment in the tourism industry, with the number of pupils enrolled decreasing dramatically. As a result, this research contributes to identifying the elements influencing students' institution selection, ultimately enhancing enrollment quality, and addressing the demands of today's students. More particularly, the study defined students' university selection in a group of tourism majors, notably the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University. The study uses quantitative research methodologies to identify factors influencing students' school choice, evaluating questionnaires gathered from 150 students at Hue University's School of Hospitality and Tourism. According to the findings, the following elements influence students' university selection: (1) study circumstances; (2) school reputation and employment possibilities; (3) media; (4) tuition fees; and (5) other subjective considerations. Based on the research results, the article also suggests methods to enhance the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University's potential to recruit students in the near future.

TÓM TẮT

Xây dựng nhận diện thương hiệu ngày nay không chỉ dành cho các doanh nghiệp trong kinh doanh sản phẩm mà còn mang tính cấp thiết đối với cả trong lĩnh vực giáo dục đào tạo. Việc tạo dựng hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu có thể xem là một trong những mục tiêu quan trọng trong giáo dục để tạo nên thương hiệu đặc thù tại các đơn vị Đại học Vùng như hiện nay.

Bài viết này nhằm mục đích giới thiệu các yếu tố trong thiết kế đồ họa như: màu sắc, hình ảnh, chữ, kết cấu bố cục và một số bước xây dựng hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu để góp phần hỗ trợ cho hoạt động quảng bá Đại học Vùng ở Việt Nam bao gồm các bước sau: (1) Nhận diện cốt lõi, (2) Nhận diện văn phòng, (3) Ấn phẩm marketing, (4) Nhận diện sản phẩm, (5) Nhận diện tại địa điểm bán, (6) Nhận diện trên Internet, (7) Nhận diện môi trường. Từ đó, đánh giá chung về hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu và định hướng giải quyết các vấn đề cho hệ thống nhận diện thương hiệu của các Đại học Vùng ở Việt Nam.

Abstract. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a serious crisis, affecting all aspects of people's life and economy in society, especially vulnerable populations, including migrantion workers return to the locality during the epidemic outbreak. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has been controlled, the consequences will take time to recover, forcing migrantion workers to proactively seek urgent response solutions to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Research focuses on understanding the solutions and intentions of migrantion workers in impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through a survey of 298 households with migrantion workers who had to return to their localities in 6 communes the coastal area of Thua Thien Hue province. The research results showed that despite the great impact of the same epidemic, there were differences between female and male migrantion workers in accessing and receiving government supports, as well as in choosing appropriate adaptation solutions and follow-up plans when the epidemic is under control. Research suggests social security in general and job creation and vocational training policies in particular to support migrant workers to adapt to the impact of the pandemic.

Nhà nước Việt Nam đã ban hành nhiều văn bản pháp luật quy định về trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại (BTTH) do hành vi gây ô nhiễm môi trường (ÔNMT) của doanh nghiệp. Đặc biệt, gần đây là Bộ luật Dân sự (BLDS) năm 2015, Luật Bảo vệ môi trường (BVMT) năm 2020, Nghị định 08/2022/NĐ-CP hướng dẫn Luật BVMT... Những văn bản quy phạm nói trên bước đầu đã tạo cơ sở pháp lý quan trọng để truy cứu trách nhiệm BTTH do hành vi làm ÔNMT của doanh nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, các quy định về BTTH do hành vi làm ÔNMT của doanh nghiệp hiện vẫn còn dừng lại ở mức quy định chung, mang tính nguyên tắc, gây khó khăn cho việc giải quyết các yêu cầu BTTH. Do đó, qua bài viết này tác giả sẽ phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng pháp luật chỉ ra những điểm hạn chế của pháp luật, từ đó đưa các giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật về trách nhiệm BTTH do hành vi gây ÔNMT của doanh nghiệp.

The Central Highlands is an area holding a particularly important strategic position in terms of socio-economic, national defense and security; is a place where many ethnic groups live and has a border bordering with two neighboring countries, Laos and Cambodia, so hostile forces at home and abroad always find ways to resist by different tricks; Among the hostile forces' plots to take advantage of religious issues in the ethnic minority communities in the Central Highlands is an important and urgent task of our Party and State. This article, on the basis of identifying plots to take advantage of religion in ethnic minority communities in the Central Highlands, proposes a number of solutions to combat such conspiracy.

This study was conducted to assess the current status of awareness, knowledge, attitudes, access to education and behaviour on the issue of plastic waste among high school students in Hue city. The study uses data from a survey of 574 high school students in Hue city from September to November 2022. The results show that although the student's awareness of the plastic waste problem is relatively high, their knowledge about this issue is only average, many students have an attitude of not paying attention to the problem of plastic waste currently. Education about plastic waste in high schools is mainly at the level of occasional implementation. These lead to the behaviour of many students not in the direction of reducing plastic waste. Male and female students are similar in awareness, knowledge, attitude, behaviour, and level of access to education about plastic waste. However, 10th and 11th graders showed more concern than 12th graders about plastic waste. From the current situation, the study proposes educational solutions to raise awareness, equip knowledge, and change attitudes and behaviours of high school students in Hue city towards the problem of plastic waste.

Hiện nay, các hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh, cung cấp và mua bán dược phẩm ngày càng phát triển và diễn ra với số lượng lớn. Thực tiễn đã phát sinh nhiều vấn đề liên quan đến bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng trong lĩnh vực dược phẩm, đặc biệt là trong khoảng thời gian diễn ra đại dịch Covid – 19 vừa qua. Điều này đòi hỏi các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước phải có trách nhiệm hơn nữa trong việc bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng nói chung và bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng trong lĩnh vực dược phẩm nói riêng. Trong phạm vi bài viết, tác giả sẽ tập trung phân tích các quy định pháp luật về trách nhiệm của cơ quan quản lý nhà nước trong bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng trong lĩnh vực dược phẩm, thực tiễn thi hành và đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm hoàn thiện và nâng cao hiệu quả thi hành các quy định pháp luật về vấn đề này.

ABSTRACT: In recent years, the number and complexity of matters involving marriage and families that come before the Court have tended to rise. During the settlement, the Court has brought high efficiency by using mediation procedures according to the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at the Court, or mediation according to civil proceedings: many marriage and family cases have been successfully mediated; in cases of unsuccessful mediation, it has also created conditions for the parties to better understand each other, which favors the Court when handling the case. However, besides the benefits, the work of mediation in marriage and family cases also faces some limitations.

By employing the theory of resilience strategies as a theoretical framework, this study aims to shows the changes in employment of female workers in the accommodation service in Hue city and how individuals adapt to these changes. By analyzing quantitative and qualitative data collected from 220 women working in hotels at the time of the survey, this study shows the employment status of female workers before and after the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in Hue city, the economic and psychological pressures they have experienced, and their resilience strategies tailored to the individual's resources.

Abstract:

Half a century ago, after the overwhelming triumphs of our army and continuous setbacks of the United States and the Saigon regime, a negotiation related to strategy for peace for Vietnam war between the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the United States of America was taken place in Paris and ended with the victory for Vietnam on January 27, 1973. This Paris Conference and Agreement is forever remembered as a historic turning point of Vietnam’s revolutionary history in general and diplomacy during Ho Chi Minh era in particular. The historic values and lessons learnt of this Paris Conference and Agreement should be properly promoted in the current efforts of national construction and dependency defence.
