FINITE ELEMENT METHOD IN ANALYSISING THE VIBRATION MODES OF PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMICS
Abstract
In this present study, we use the Finite Element Method (FEM) combined the simulation program to study the vibration modes of Pb-free piezoceramic Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3-50(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3 (BZT-50BCT) and piezoceramics in PZT family. The simulation results are shown to evaluate and compare the different vibration properties of these piezoceramics. The results will be a premise of using the simulation method in researching and finding the new piezoelectric materials to shorten time as well as save money and time.
