Abstract

Các nghiên cứu trước đây khi nghiên cứu về lòng trung thành thường đánh giá rất cao vai trò của sự hài lòng của khách hàng, tuy nhiên, trong nhiều trường hợp khách hàng tuy không hài lòng nhưng vẫn thể hiện những hành vi, thái độ khá trung thành.  Nâng cao lòng trung thành ngoài việc quan tâm đến chất lượng dịch vụ và sự hài lòng thì một vấn đề khác rất cần chú trọng là việc gia tăng các rào cản chuyển đổi. Ứng dụng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc SEM, trong trường hợp của Ngân hàng Eximbank – chi nhánh Huế, nghiên cứu này đã phân tích mối quan hệ giữa rào cản chuyển đổi và lòng trung thành. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xác định có 6 nhóm nhân tố đại diện cho rào cản chuyển đổi tác động lên lòng trung thành của khách hàng. Trong đó có ba nhóm nhân tố gồm uy tín của ngân hàng; mối quan hệ của nhân viên; và chi phí chuyển đổi đóng vai trò như rào cản chuyển đổi ảnh hưởng đến lòng trung thành của khách hàng.
