ĐỘC TỐ CỦA VI KHUẨN HAEMOPHYLUS PARASUIS VÀ TIỀM NĂNG SẢN XUẤT VACCINE PHÒNG BỆNH

Abstract

Haemophylus parasuis (H. parasuis) là vi khuẩn thuộc họ Pasteurallaceae, được biết đến là nguyên nhân gây bệnh Glasser trên lợn. Vi khuẩn này gây bệnh với những triệu chứng khá trầm trọng như viêm đường hô hấp, viêm màng não. Tuy nhiên, những nghiên cứu về đặc điểm vi khuẩn này còn hạn chế. Các nghiên cứu về H. parasuis thường quan tâm đến: phương thức gây bệnh, khả năng xâm nhập vào cơ thể, cơ chế sản sinh các yếu tố gây bệnh, sự khác nhau giữa các chủng có độc lực cao và các chủng độc lực thấp. Khả năng gây bệnh của H. parasuis phụ thuộc vào các yếu tố bám dính, khả năng xâm nhập qua màng tế bào vật chủ, khả năng đề kháng với hệ thống thực bào, hệ thống bổ thể và sản xuất các yếu tố gây viêm. Nghiên cứu cơ chế hoạt động của độc tố của vi khuẩn này gặp nhiều khó khăn do khả năng đột biến tự nhiên của H. parasuis. Gần đây các nghiên cứu đã được tiếp tục phát triển nhờ vào khả năng loại bỏ các đột biến, mặc dù vậy các loại độc tố cần được nghiên cứu làm sáng tỏ vai trò và cơ chế tác dụng. Bài viết cung cấp các thông tin về lipooligosaccharide, thành phần nha bào, protein màng, các yếu tố tham gia vận chuyển tự động. Ngoài ra bài viết cũng cung cấp các thông tin về độc tố tiềm năng có thể sử dụng để sản xuất vaccine phòng bệnh do H. parasuis gây ra.
