ĐO LƯỜNG ẢNH HƯỞNG CÁC YẾU TỐ CỦA ĐIỂM ĐẾN DU LỊCH HUẾ TỚI Ý ĐỊNH QUAY TRỞ LẠI CỦA DU KHÁCH

Abstract

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là đo lường ảnh hưởng các yếu tố của điểm đến du lịch Huế tới ý định quay trở lại của du khách. Từ thông tin thu thập của 660 bảng hỏi, kết quả phân tích hồi quy Logistic cho thấy Sức hấp dẫn văn hóa lịch sử, Hình ảnh tổng thể, Môi trường du lịchGiao thông thuận tiện là bốn yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới ý định quay trở lại điểm đến Huế của du khách. Từ đó, các khuyến nghị tập trung vào việc tiếp tục phát huy và cải thiện các thuộc tính của bốn yếu tố trên, đồng thời có chính sách thu hút đầu tư du lịch hấp dẫn để nâng cao hơn nữa vai trò của yếu tố Sức hấp dẫn tự nhiênCơ sở hạ tầng du lịch, góp phần gia tăng ý định quay trở lại của du khách đối với điểm đến du lịch Huế.
