The law in this field has a wide scope of adjustment, recorded in many different legal documents and implemented by many different levels, thus revealing contradictions, overlaps, and low effectiveness in ensuring employment rights. should be gathered and codified into "Law on Ethnic Minority Support"; At the same time, reform the anti-corruption law in the implementation process to improve the effectiveness of job support for ethnic minorities.
