Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá ảnh hưởng của các biện pháp xử lý khác nhau, bao gồm rơm rạ, thuốc thử Fenton, và sự kết hợp giữa rơm rạ và Fenton, đến quá trình phân hủy chất hữu cơ và khoáng hóa nitơ trong đất. Các chỉ tiêu được phân tích bao gồm carbohydrate chiết xuất (ECH), tổng carbon hữu cơ hòa tan (DOC), amoni (NH₄⁺), nitrat (NO₃⁻), và tổng nitơ vô cơ. Kết quả cho thấy xử lý Fenton làm tăng đáng kể hàm lượng NH₄⁺ (23,65 mg/kg) và tỷ lệ nitơ vô cơ trên tổng nitơ (20,30%), phản ánh khả năng khoáng hóa mạnh mẽ. Trong khi đó, xử lý kết hợp cho kết quả nồng độ NO₃⁻ thấp nhất, cho thấy khả năng giữ lại hoặc thất thoát nitơ tiềm năng.
