Abstract

Higher education worldwide is in a period of transition affected by globalization and internationalization, of changing relationships between universities and the workplace, the markets, and even within themselves. This paper aims to introduce some models of new leadership in higher education emerged around the world and then provides some suggestions for change at institutional level to universities in Vietnam.
