Abstract
The regulation on rightful possession is a new provision in the Civil Code of 2015 which is specified in Article 180 of this Code. The article mentions the following contents: Researching the provisions of Vietnam's civil law on righteous possession; analyze the new points of this content in the Civil Code 2015. The article also points out the problems in the practical application of this regulation and continues to propose some solutions to improve the legal framework the intention to possess in good faith in the 2015 Civil Code
