Abstract
Currently, all universities are interested in social needs and job market for their output. They constantly adjust and improve the quality of teaching as well as content and training programs. The objective of this study is to understand the social needs of communication skills for bachelors of French language, in order to develop a training that is suitable to the needs of the market in the context that the media is increasingly playing a role. important role in social development. By approaching market demand analysis, this article presents the results of empirical research on social demand for communication skills for French-speaking human resources, and at the same time compares supply and demand supply-demand comparison to point out opportunities for improvement and development of our training programs in the future.
