Tóm tắt

Mục đích của bài báo này là nghiên cứu mối quan hệ giữa quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh, động lực xanh và hành vi xanh của nhân viên làm việc trong các khách sạn tại Đà Nẵng. Với quy mô mẫu 144 nhân viên làm việc tại 21 khách sạn 4–5 sao tại Đà Nẵng, nghiên cứu sử dụng phân tích mô hình hồi quy nhằm kiểm định các giả thuyết trong mô hình nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh có tác động tích cực đến động lực xanh và hành vi xanh của nhân viên. Đồng thời, động lực xanh là biến trung gian một phần trong mối quan hệ giữa quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh và hành vi xanh. Bài báo này bổ sung thêm những hạn chế trong nghiên cứu về quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh trước đây và đóng góp thêm về mặt thực tiễn nhằm thúc đẩy việc áp dụng quản trị nguồn nhân lực xanh trong các khách sạn hiện nay.
