Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích khái quát hóa sự phát triển, tầm ảnh hưởng của các nghiên cứu về hành vi công dân tổ chức (OCB) trong lĩnh vực khách sạn. Nghiên cứu đã thu thập được 108 bài báo trên cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science (WoS). Bằng phương pháp trắc lượng thư mục, công cụ hỗ trợ VOSviewer và Excel, nghiên cứu đã làm rõ tiến trình nghiên cứu trong giai đoạn từ 2006 đến 2024, trong đó nhận thấy sự tăng trưởng đột phá về số lượng xuất bản bắt đầu từ năm 2019 cho đến nay. Nghiên cứu cũng đã chỉ ra hiệu suất của các nghiên cứu bao gồm các nhà xuất bản có ảnh hưởng nhất, các ấn phẩm có ảnh hưởng nhất, các quốc gia có số lượng xuất bản nhiều nhất, đồng thời xác định các yếu tố có sự liên quan chặt chẽ với OCB trong lĩnh vực khách sạn như sự hài lòng công việc, cam kết tổ chức, quản trị nguồn nhân lực, trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp, hiệu suất công việc…, các yếu tố có thể đóng vai trò là tiền đề hoặc kết quả của OCB. Nghiên cứu cũng cho thấy các xu hướng nghiên cứu của chủ đề,  xác định các khoảng trống và  đề xuất một số định hướng nghiên cứu trong tương lai.
