Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này phân tích các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến ủng hộ của cư dân địa phương đối với phát triển du lịch bền vững tỉnh Quảng Ngãi. Mô hình nghiên cứu được xây dựng dựa trên Lý thuyết Trao đổi Xã hội (SET), Lý thuyết Gắn bó Nơi chốn (PAT) và Lý thuyết Du lịch dựa vào Cộng đồng (CBT). Các giả thuyết kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa sự tham gia của cư dân, gắn bó nơi chốn, lợi ích cảm nhận, chất lượng cuộc sống và sự ủng hộ phát triển du lịch bền vững. Dữ liệu hợp lệ từ 310 cư dân địa phương được phân tích bằng mô hình PLS-SEM. Kết quả cho thấy sự tham gia của cư dân tác động tích cực đến gắn bó nơi chốn (β = 0,32) và sự ủng hộ phát triển du lịch bền vững (β = 0,29). Đáng chú ý, chất lượng cuộc sống nổi lên là nhân tố có ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất đến sự ủng hộ (β = 0,42). Các phát hiện nhấn mạnh vai trò then chốt của sự tham gia và chất lượng cuộc sống trong việc thúc đẩy thái độ tích cực cũng như củng cố sự ủng hộ của cư dân đối với phát triển du lịch bền vững.
