The aim of this study wasto collectdata on the species composition and distribution of the  mayflies  in  several  stream  systems  in  Me  Linh  Station  for  Biodiversity, Vinh  Phuc province.  The  results  showedthat 28  recorded  species  belongedto  19  genera,  9  families  of Ephemeroptera  in  the  studied  area. Family  Baetidae  was  the  most  diverse  with  10  species, followed   by   Heptageniidae   with   5   species. Families   Ephemerellidae,   Leptophlebidae, Caenidae,   Ephemeridae, Polymiatacryidae,   Teloganellidae,   Teloganodiae   had a fewer number of species, ranging from 1 to 3 species. In the first sample collection(rainy season), there were 19 species belongingto 13 genera, 6 families; in the secondsample collection(dry season), there were 21 species belonging to 16 genera, 9 families of Ephemeroptera. This study also   identified   3   families   collected   in   the   dry   season,   but   not   in   the   rainy   season (Polymiatacryidae,  Teloganellidae, and  Teloganodiae).
