INTERNATIONAL PRACTICUM: SUPERVISORS’ AND COORDINATORS’ PERCEPTIONS OF INTERCULTURAL KNOWLEDGE

Tóm tắt: Nghiên cứu này là một phần của nghiên cứu quy mô lớn hơn nhằm tìm hiểu kiến thức liên văn hoá dưới góc nhìn của giáo viên hướng dẫn và điều phối viên cấp đại học tại Thái-lan trong bối cảnh thực tập nước ngoài. Trên cơ sở phỏng vấn sâu, kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ rõ cả giáo viên hướng dẫn lẫn điều phối viên đếu nhấn mạnh vai trò của kiến thức liên văn hoá trong việc hỗ trợ giáo sinh hoặc thực tập trong quá trình thích ứng văn hoá và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn. Nghiên cứu cũng nêu các những đề xuất có liên quan đến công tác chuẩn bị cho giáo sinh và thực tập sinh tham gia vào thực tập trong môi trường xuyên văn hoá.
