Responsible tourism is a method of planning, policy, and tourism development that maximizes the natural, economic, social, and cultural benefits of tourism, but through the responsibility of individuals. Responsible tourism is currently gaining popularity among experts and the community as a way towards sustainable development. However, the practice of implementing responsible tourism programs in the province has not been sufficiently focused and popularized. The results from a survey of 200 domestic tourists visiting Hue, show that three main demand, namely (1) the demand for environmental responsibility, (2) the demand for economic responsibility, and (3) the demand for socio-cultural responsibility. Based on these results, the study propose a number of solutions to assist in the development of more appealing and appropriate responsible tourism programs for tourist demand.
