Abstract
Abstract: In Vietnamese, the verbs ‘nếm’ (to taste) not only refers to meanings related to the physical perception of the sense of taste, but it is used to express meanings related to experiences. The aim of article is, therefore, to find out which semantic changes in verbs of ‘nếm’ (to taste) are found in the domain of experience. Based on embodiment to explain how and why two different domains - concrete physical taste perception and astract experience are connected, and brought together.
