Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này cung cấp tổng quan tài liệu có hệ thống về sự phát triển và bối cảnh của trải nghiệm du lịch được hỗ trợ bởi công nghệ. Kết quả cho thấy chủ đề này có xu hướng gia tăng trong những năm gần đây và tập trung tại các quốc gia phát triển; các nghiên cứu thực hiện với nhiều chủ đề khác nhau, điển hình là nghiên cứu về điểm đến du lịch thông minh, hệ sinh thái du lịch thông minh, các loại hình công nghệ ứng dụng trong các lĩnh vực du lịch và hành vi của khách du lịch. Kết quả phân tích nội dung cho thấy các thuộc tính công nghệ du lịch thông minh được đề cập chủ yếu là: tính thông tin, khả năng tiếp cận, tính tương tác, tính cá nhân hóa và tính bảo mật trong việc nâng cao trải nghiệm du lịch. Các thuộc tính chính của trải nghiệm du lịch thông minh khác với trải nghiệm du lịch truyền thống về: tính thẩm mỹ, sự hiện diện của thực tế ảo/ tăng cường, tính hữu ích, tính dễ sử dụng, trải nghiệm khoái lạc, sự thích thú, lợi ích niềm tin trong chuyến du lịch và khả năng học hỏi. Kết quả nghiên cứu có tầm quan trọng trong việc định hình các hướng nghiên cứu trong tương lai, đặc biệt là trong bối cảnh trải nghiệm du lịch thông minh ở các quốc gia mới nổi.
